Check out our “new” website!
Hey guys…just wanted to update you on some exciting changes we’ve made to the website. First, there’s an updated introductory slideshow on the home page, along with new music. (We love Eva Cassidy!) It’s part of a new “captured” campaign on which we’ll be focusing this year. The idea is centered around the fact that we don’t just want to capture the people, places, things and events…we want to also catch the emotion of each moment.
Next, we’ve updated the featured galleries to showcase some of our favorite weddings. There are nine galleries in all (the first six come up when you click “Featured Galleries” and the others can be accessed by clicking the word “next” in the bottom right-hand corner). Check them out and then come back often as they will change frequently to show you a range of our work.
We’ve also changed the “Weddings” section. Like Facebook, it is organized by location with a variety of weddings at each location included in each gallery. There are four sections for New Orleans (where we do most of our work): French Quarter/Riverfront, Mid-City/City Park, Uptown/Audubon Park, and Downtown. There is also a section for Destination weddings.
The “Portraiture” section has changed as well. It is organized into the following categories: kids, family, individual, senior portraits, bridal, couples, events, and advertising. Like the galleries in “Weddings” there are a variety of shots in each category to give you an overview.
We added a new “Testimonials” section with kind words from our clients. Feel free to email us a testimonial if you would like to be included in this section! We will lay out a slide with one of your photos with your words on top.
The “Contact” and “Proofing” sections remained the same, but we have included a link to view or download our new 2011 Price Book in the “Pricing” section. Bryant did an amazing job on the design and getting it to a viewable version using Google Docs!
So, please check out the updated site and give us any feedback on ways to make it better/more user friendly!
