Erin and Brendan live in Toronto and came to New Orleans, LA to tie the knot. We couldn’t be more thrilled that they chose Danielle Walters Photography to capture their wedding.
A truly intimate ceremony, they were married in Washington Artillery Park overlooking Jackson Square and received a standing ovation from passers-by wishing them well and inviting themselves to the reception. (Hey, it’s New Orleans…we love a party!)
After the ceremony, we walked around the French Quarter, the French Market, Dutch Alley and Jackson Square to get some amazing photos of our newlyweds.
The details of the trip were kept secret from Erin and Brendan did an amazing job lining up surprise after surprise for her. Staying in the French Quarter, they have plans to take in the amazing restaurants, sites and even a Mardi Gras parade that our beloved city has to offer.
They were married on Groundhog Day, and though he saw his shadow predicting 6 more weeks of winter we think the forecast is very bright for this amazing couple. Given that we’ve had a particularly mild and delightful winter, forecasting more of the same is a good thing.
Thank you Erin & Brendan for sharing your day with us! We wish you all the best!
